Institutional Conditions Team

The Institutional Conditions Team works to prevent or eliminate abuse, neglect or rights violations of children, adolescents and adults with disabilities who reside in group homes, state institutions, jail, prisons, hospitals, nursing homes, residential treatment facilities, homeless shelters, and other facilities. This team also focuses on individual’s rights to be discharged to the community from an institutional placement.
