Frontline Information and Referral Services Team (FIRST)

FIRST responds to initial requests for Advocacy Center services, often through provision of information, referral and self-advocacy materials. FIRST also conducts in-depth interviews and gathers information about specific individual situations that appear to be within Advocacy Center priorities. If assistance beyond brief information and referral is needed, FIRST generally refers the service request to the appropriate Advocacy Center Team. Language translation and TDD services are available.
