The Intake Process

When you contact the Advocacy Center, an intake will be developed by the Frontline Intake & Referral Services Team (FIRST). FIRST conducts an in-depth interview with you to discuss your request for employment services. FIRST refers your intake to the Employment Team if your issue is within the Team’s focus areas and goals. Within 3 business days of receipt of your referral, an Advocate Investigator or Attorney will contact you to discuss your issues further and determine the type of assistance the Team can offer.

We appreciate your interest with the Advocacy Center’s Employment Team. Please contact us for an orientation packet.
